NICK CARTER DIDN'T ATTEND SISTER'S FUNERAL: Nick Carter's sister, Leslie's funeral was held this weekend in Upstate New York. Nick told TMZ, that he wanted to attend his sister's funeral -- but his family made it impossible. He said, "I wanted to be at my sister's funeral, but my family has always had a complicated dynamic. There are so many emotions for me surrounding the loss of my sister. I am trying to stay healthy, positive, and focused." Reportedly, Nick's little brother Aaron, did attend.

MADONNA'S HOTEL REQUEST: Madonna stayed in an Indianapolis hotel for the week leading up to her Super Bowl performance. To stay limber for the show she reportedly had a hydraulic yoga mat installed in her suite. According to Us Magazine, Madonna also had a yoga teacher with her for the week.

MILEY CYRUS DID NOT DEFEND DEMI: Miley Cyrus took to her Twitter to clear the record. She did not defend Demi Moore on her Facebook page, as previously reported by Radar Online. Miley tweeted, "Why do people make stuff up. Demi has been nothing but a great friend 2 me & I'll never speak out on her private life! Its nobodys business." Miley reportedly defended Moore on Facebook, saying that everyone should leave her alone.

MIRANDA COSGROVE'S LICENSE SCARE: Miranda Cosgrove was scared to get her driver's license after her bus tour accident a few months ago. According to E! Online, Miranda was really excited but got scared. She said, "I was so excited to get my license and I was already a little behind with it, And I got scared for a second after the accident. Now I have my license and I'm totally into driving. It makes me a safe driver."

SHAKIRA HEADING TO BOLLYWOOD: Shakira is reportedly considering a role in a Bollywood film. According to The Daily Record, Bangladeshi director Enamul Karim Nirjhar is planning on directing, Desire, and wants Shakira to sing on the movie's soundtrack and act in the role of Desire.

JUDGE ACCEPTS AMBER PORTWOOD PLEA DEAL: Amber Portwood copped a plea deal in her drug case and will attend a court-ordered rehab program in lieu of prison. TMZ.com reported that a judge approved the deal on Monday, but Amber will remain in custody pending an evaluation by the Drug Court team, which could take up to two weeks. If Portwood successfully completes the program, her case will be entirely dismissed; or else she's headed back behind bars.

DEMI MOORE REPORTEDLY IN REHAB WITH BROOKE MUELLER: Demi Moore is reportedly in rehab with Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller. RadarOnline.com reported that both high-profile women are currently being treated at Utah's Cirque Lodge. However, sources told the website that the two women haven't met. An insider told the site, "(Demi) hasn't had any interaction with other patients yet. She is still in detox at the moment." As for Brooke? The source said, "Brooke is doing very well in rehab, this is the first time she has been in a residential treatment program, and it's been a very positive experience for her so far. Brooke will be at the facility for approximately 35-45 days in total."

IS LILY COLLINS DATING ZAC EFRON? Lily Collins is reportedly rebounding with Zac Efron after her recent split from Taylor Lautner. WILL FERRELL STARRED IN SECRET SUPER BOWL COMMERCIAL: Will Ferrell starred in a secret Super Bowl commercial that only aired in North Platte, Nebraska. The actor filmed a spot for Old Milwaukee, the beer company he's advertised on the sly for months. Unlike most Super Bowl ads, Ferrell's commercial lacked any special effects and actually included little production at all. The commercial simply featured the actor walking through a field, then catching an opening a beer.

ELEVEN INJURED IN LMFAO CONCERT: Eleven people were reportedly injured at a free Super Bowl concert that LMFAO performed over the weekend. Reportedly, the free show caused a stampede in the streets which was filled with over 50,000 people. Reportedly, 22 people were arrested for public intoxication.

JASON ALEXANDER OPENS UP ABOUT MARRIAGE TO BRITNEY SPEARS: Jason Alexander, the childhood friend who married Britney Spears for 55 hours in Las Vegas, says that he was in love with her and wished that they never annulled their marriage. On a recent 20/20 interview, Jason admits that he was in love with Britney. He said, "I went with my feelings. I was in love with her. I feel like she felt the same way. Everyone went crazy because there was no prenup."

NO 'HOUSEWIVES' SPINOFF FOR LISA: Lisa Vanderpump won't be getting her own Real Housewives spin-off. The Beverly Hills cast member reportedly shot a pilot, but Bravo decided not to go forward with the series. A source revealed, "Lisa was hoping to follow in the footsteps of New York housewife Bethenny Frankel who had her own successful spin-offs focusing on her wedding and new baby but the network decided not to pick up her show."

SNOOKI AND JWOWW ARE DETERMINED TO STAY IN JERSEY: Even though they were rejected by Hoboken, Snooki and JWoww are determined to film their spinoff reality show in New Jersey. TMZ reported that producers are working around the clock to find a suitable location, and although no alternate towns have been named, sources say that several spots in South Jersey are being eyed.

SARAH CHALKE LANDS NEW SHOW: Scrubs alum Sarah Chalke has landed her own sitcom. Deadline.com reported that Chalke will play the lead in ABC's new pilot, How to Live With Your Parents for the Rest of Your Life. The show stars Chalke as Polly, "a recently divorced single mom who moves back in with her eccentric parents, Elaine and Max, a couple who's full of life but knows no boundaries."

COPS CALLED TO CORY MONTEITH PARTY: The cops reportedly visited Cory Monteith on Saturday night after his house party got out of control. TMZ.com reported that neighbors of the Glee star called the cops because it got too noisy. Law enforcement sources say both Monteith and his roommate were cooperative and agreed to shut off the music and end the party -- however they were ticketed for the music. Sources say that some of the other Glee cast members were in attendance.

HEIDI AND SEAL: BANDS STILL ON: Heidi Klum and Seal are both still wearing their wedding rings. Seal announced that he was keeping his on because "I'm still married to this incredible woman" -- and although Heidi hasn't commented on the jewelry, she apparently has similar feelings. The couple announced their split two weeks ago.

SUZANNE SOMERS GETS FAT INJECTED INTO BREASTS: Suzanne Somers underwent an experimental procedure to help restore her breasts after having cancer surgery. Somers helped launch a clinical trial, which removes fat from the subject's stomach via liposuction, combines it with the patients stem cells and injects the mixture into the breast. Suzanne was the first patient to participate and more than 10 others have been accepted so far. She said of the procedure, which costs between $14,500 and $19,500, "This whole thing is a win-win. You lose fat and get a new breast."

BRAD PITT REFUTES CLOONEY'S STATUS AS PRANK KING: George Clooney has acquired the reputation as Hollywood's biggest practical joker, but Brad Pitt says he deserves credit for starting the behavior. Pitt told James Lipton that kicked off their prank war on the set of Oceans 11. He recalled, "I sent a memo to the entire Italian crew, in Italian, that said, 'Dear Crew: We wish you a wonderful shoot. George Clooney asks that, this is a very difficult role for him. He needs to concentrate deeply. Mr. Clooney asks that you try not to interrupt him, look him in the eye. If you do need to address Mr. Clooney, please refer to him only as 'Daniel' or 'Mr. Ocean.' " Pitt added, "It went on for two weeks. He handled it gracefully, but he was becoming unnerved, I think."

BRITNEY IS NOT GOING TO THE GRAMMYS: Britney Spears will reportedly not be attending the Grammy Awards this year. Reportedly, she will attend Clive Davis and the Record Academy's pre-party. According to Perez Hilton, even though Britney is not nominated there was some hope that she would still attend.

LADY GAGA'S PARENTS' RESTAURANT REVIEWED: Lady Gaga's parents' restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, opened this week. There weren't supposed to be critics there, but Steve Cuozzo, a chief restaurant reviewer for the New York Post reportedly snuck in and didn't give Joe Germanotta's restaurant the best review. Cuozzo said the calamari tasted like rubber and the veal was fatty. He also commented that the restaurant was overpriced and the dining room was extremely loud.

KE$HA HONORED BY PETA: Ke$ha has been named the most animal-friendly pop star of 2011 by PETA. Marta Holmberg from peta2, PETA's youth division, said, "Ke$ha is quick to act when sleazy behavior - like cruelly killing chickens or slaughtering seals - hurts animals. peta2 is proud to have this animal on our team."

ASHTON AND BRUCE VISIT DEMI: Demi Moore's exes are reaching out in her time of need. EOnline.com reported that both Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher visited the star's Los Angeles home on Wednesday. Ashton was in Brazil when news of Demi's hospitalization broke, and he stayed there for several days afterwards. He hasn't publically commented on the situation since his return, but E! reported that he's attended Kabbalah services and returned to the set of Two and a Half Men this week.

THE HOFF IS STILL SINGLE: Despite the Twitter photos on bended knee, David Hasselhoff says and girlfriend Hayley Roberts are not engaged. It was widely reported that the Hoff would be heading down the aisle after he posted two pictures: one of him on bended knee in front of Hayley and another with them embracing. However when reached for an official comment, Hasselhoff toldPeople magazine, "The truth is I'm having a fantastic time with this lovely lady but at this time we have no plans to marry. HEIDI GUSHES ABOUT SEAL PRE-SPLIT: Heidi Klum was singing Seal's praises until right before they announced their separation. In a newly-released interview -- conducted before the surprising breakup news broke -- Klum told InStyle UK, "I don't know why we work, my husband and I. We just do. We are black and white -- yin and yang. To me, his beautiful face, great body, amazing heart, voice, his ability to be a loving, caring person and father . . . what can I say?" DREW BARRYMORE STILL GETTING ADJUSTED TO ENGAGEMENT RING: Drew Barrymore is settling into life with a fiance -- and a gorgeous diamond ring. The twice-divorced actress said that wearing the "beautiful" four-carat ring is a serious adjustment since expensive jewelry isn't usually a part of her daily routine. She told Anderson Cooper, "It's really fancy. I'm sort of like funky, eclectic girl so I feel like this is very fancy and I'm trying to like, you know, feel comfortable with it."

RANDY JACKSON OKAY IF MARIAH GOES TO 'X FACTOR': Randy Jackson says that he'd be fine if Mariah Carey -- who he manages -- joins the rival Fox competition series X Factor. The American Idol judge commented on the Mariah speculation, saying, "I don't know if that's ever going to happen. Look, Simon's one of the smartest people I know. I'm sure he he's got some very interesting ideas up his sleeve." If it does become a reality, Randy has no problems with Carey going to the other show. He explained, "She's her own person. She can of course do whatever she wants and she always will do that."

JENNIFER LAWRENCE COLLECTING ON BACK END OF 'HUNGER GAMES': Jennifer Lawrence is really hoping that The Hunger Games does well at the box office -- not just for her career, but her bank account. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Lawrence accepted a relatively modest $500,000 salary for her starring role in the film -- but will make additional profits based on the movie's performance. The movie, adapted from the wildly popular book, is due to hit theaters on March 23rd.

JWOWW AND SNOOKI HEADED TO PA? Pennsylvania is looking to capitalize on Snooki and JWoww's recent rejection. After the mayor of Hoboken refused MTV's request to film the reality stars' spinoff in the city, a small town in north-central Pennsylvania offered to host the girls -- a town called Jersey Shore. There's no word in MTV is considering the proposal, but the offer is out.

'AMERICAN IDOL' RATINGS DROP: American Idol's ratings are continuing to decline. This past Wednesday's show drew 18.2 million viewers, which is down nine percent from the previous week. However, it was still the night's top-rated show.

NEW DETAILS ON AMY WINEHOUSE'S AUTOPSY: According to NME, the person who performed the autopsy on Amy Winehouse was not qualified by law. Inner North London Coroner Dr. Andrew Scott Reid reportedly appointed his wife, Suzanne Greenaway to the role of Assistant Deputy Coroner. However, Greenaway resigned in November after it was declared that she did not match government requirements. Along with Amy's autopsy, over 30 other investigations may be deemed illegal if the High Court decides so.

CHRISTINA AGUILERA IS HAVING FUN WITH THE GUYS: Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera will be hitting The Voice again on Sunday (February 4) after the Super Bowl. Christina told Rolling Stone, what it feels like to be the only female coach. She said, "You have to be a pretty strong girl to stay up in the mix with the guys. It's a lot. It's a crazy locker-room kind of situation."

KEVIN FEDERLINE WANTS TO DO SITCOMS: Kevin Federline has appeared on his share of reality shows and now he wants to take his acting skills to script comedies. According to a conversation with fans, Kevin would love to stay on television. He said, "Hopefully I can be really healthy and get back into some scripted TV work... acting work. I would love to do comedy, sitcoms."

FBI INVESTIGATING TAYLOR ARMSTRONG DEATH THREATS: The FBI is reportedly investigating death threats received by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong on Twitter. RadarOnline.com reported that the user threatened to kill the widowed reality star and her five-year-old daughter. The perp also left Armstrong a message threatening to "kidnap" her during a book signing event in New Jersey next week. A source told the website, "Taylor will be consulting with security professionals and assess what changes she needs to increase. Her first concern when she got the threats was Kennedy, but her daughter is safe, and that is all that matters to Taylor. She will do whatever is necessary to protect herself and Kennedy. 'HOME IMPROVEMENT' ACTOR ARRESTED: Former child star Taran Noah Smith was arrested for DUI and possession of drugs. RadarOnline.com reported that 27-year-old Smith -- best known for his role on Home Improvement -- was pulled over in California early Wednesday on suspicion of driving drunk. While questioning him, police found hash in his possession and made the arrest.

KELLY BENSIMON DATING MADONNA'S BABY DADDY? One of the former Real Housewives is reportedly dating Madonna's baby daddy. Sources told E! that Kelly Bensimon -- who was recently fired from the New York cast -- is dating Carlos Leon, the father of Madonna's daughter Lourdes. A source told E!, "They started out working on a project together, but have since gotten very close...we all know that they are together." However a rep for Bensimon said the two are just friends.

KATY PERRY BREAKS ANOTHER RECORD: Katy Perry's latest single, "The One That Got Away" has reached the number one spot on Billboard's Pop Songs Chart. This makes Katy the third artist ever to release six #1 hits from a single album on the chart. If Katy can reach number one on the Hot 100 chart - she will beat Michael Jackson's record.

JUSTIN BIEBER DOESN'T HATE HIS FANS: Justin Bieber took to Twitter to explain why he was running through the airport in France and didn't stop to take pictures with fans. Justin said, "The other day in the airport I got surrounded by 20 paps. I dont like small spaces and i just wanted to get on the plane. I ran to get thru the gate and there is a video of me running by fans and on the other side you dont see the 20 paps. I would never run by my fans and for those that i did pass that day I AM SORRY."

BRODY AND AVRIL STILL GOING STRONG: Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne were spotted at dinner in Los Angeles on Monday (January 30) night. The couple reportedly looked happy and together as they ate at Koi restaurant. Unconfirmed reports had stated that Avril and Brody had broken up but both parties denied the claims.

JOHN TESH RELEASING NEW ALBUM: John Tesh is releasing his album, John Tesh: Big Band Live!, on April 17. Tesh's public television special, John Tesh: Big Band Live! will begin airing in March. He will reportedly be going on tour starting in May.

GEORGE MICHAEL WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL SEPTEMBER: George Michael was stricken with a case of pneumonia and had to cancel several shows and was hoping to perform again later this year. George took to Twitter to let his fans know that he doesn't think he'll be well til fall. George said, "realistically I can't see my vocal cords being ready till the summer, but then I have to think about people losing out if ....they are on their summer hols. IL VOLO DVD RELEASE DATE: Il Volo will be releasing their upcoming CD and DVD, Il Volo Takes Flight - Live From The Detroit Opera House on February 28. The show will also air as part of the March 2012 PBS Fundraising Drive across the country between March 3 and March 18.

JONAH HILL REPORTEDLY HOSTING SNL: Jonah Hill will reportedly host Saturday Night Live on March 10th. If confirmed, the appearance would mark Hill's second stint as host. Next month, the 28-year-old will be promoting his new film, an adaptation of the '80s show 21 Jump Street. No musical guest has been attached to the date yet.

MINDY KALING LANDS NEW PILOT: Mindy Kaling is branching out from The Office. A new pilot from the actress/writer has been picked up by Fox. THR.com reported that the show features a "young Bridget Jones-type doctor trying to navigate both her personal and professional lives." She'll star in, write and produce the pilot, and likely leave The Office if it is picked up for a full season.

BARBARA WALTERS ISN'T PAYING PIPPA: Barbara Walters has set the record straight: she's not paying for an interview with Pippa Middleton. After it was reported that the veteran host and Oprah Winfrey were in a bidding war for the mysterious Brit, Walters clarified, "It's not true. ABC News does not pay for interviews. NATALIE PORTMAN HEADED TO TV: Natalie Portman is trading in movies for TV. ABC has picked up an hour-long drama that Portman is executive producing along with Tony Krantz and Annette Savitch. Scruples is a "sexy soap set in the late 1970s" that "follows a socialite who, following the death of her husband, seeks to open a fashion forward boutique in the heart of Beverly Hills."

SUSAN SARANDON JOINS 'THE BIG C': Susan Sarandon is joining the cast of Laura Linney's Showtime series, The Big C. Creator Darlene Hunt announced, "She's another cancer survivor who has used her cancer experience in a unique way trying to inspire other people. She makes Cathy question whether she's doing enough with her own cancer experience."

EMMA ROBERTS AND CHORD OVERSTREET SPLIT: Emma Roberts and Chord Overstreet have ended their nine-month relationship. A source close to the former couple explained the breakup, telling Us Weekly, "They're both young kids, they had crushes on each other but the relationship ran its course. TMZ.com reported that a man showed up at her gate with luggage, claiming he worked on her reality show and intended to stay with her. Sources told TMZ that a member of Kim's security details called the cops, though it's unclear if the man was booked for a crime.

'KOURTNEY AND KIM TAKE NEW YORK' FINALE DRAWS RECORD AUDIENCE: A record audience tuned in to watch the final days of Kim Kardashian's marriage. 4.5 million people reportedly watched the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take New York -- the series' highest-rated and most-watched telecast ever.

STEVE JONES OUT ON 'X FACTOR': The rumors are true: Steve Jones is leaving X Factor. After weeks of speculation, the former host confirmed the news on Twitter, calling it "a shame," but adding, "I can't complain as I've had a great time. Good luck to everyone on the show." There was no official reason sited for his departure.

CHELSEA HANDLER JOKES REPORTEDLY CUT FROM FILM: Chelsea Handler's raunchy jokes were reportedly cut from the new Reese Witherspoon movie This Means War so that the film could land a PG-13 rating. Starpulse.com reported that the film was initially slapped with an "R," but the Motion Picture Association ratings board is reportedly willing to reconsider after Fox executives agreed to cut Handler's risque pieces. The movie is due out in April.

NBC PULLS 'FEAR FACTOR' EPISODE: NBC decided to pull a controversial episode of Fear Factor in which contestants were asked to drink donkey semen. Over the weekend, TMZ reported that the network bosses had reservations about the show, which was due to have aired last night. A repeat went on in its place.

TAYLOR LAUTNER DROPS OUT OF 'STRETCH ARMSTRONG': Taylor Lautner has pulled out of the movie adaptation of Stretch Armstrong. TheWrap.com reported that Lautner had to back out of the film due to scheduling conflicts. Stretch Armstrong is based on the popular flexible toy of the same name. Taylor was reportedly going to bank $7.5 million for the part.

SHIRLEY MACLAINE JOINS 'DOWNTON ABBEY': Shirley MacLaine is joining the popular television series Downton Abbey. The 77-year-old will play the mother of Lady Grantham (Elizabeth McGovern) in the period drama's third season. The show's producer said that MacLaine's character will be a "wonderful combatant" for Maggie Smith's Dowager Countess.

SHAKIRA AND BRITNEY SPEARS TO DUET: Shakira and Britney Spears may be singing together. According to Celebrity-gossip.net, the two ladies will be working with will.i.am and Pharrell Williams on the track. Pharrell said, "I have proposed to Jive Records to bring Shakira into the studio and they thought it was a fabulous idea. I want to make it happen. ROSIE O'DONNELL'S FIANCE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT: Rosie O'Donnell's fiance is trying to get pregnant. The talk show host recently told Dr. Mehmet Oz that she and Michelle Rounds are looking to expand their family. A source told Usmagazine.com, "Michelle is seeing a fertility doctor. She is really excited and they cannot wait to add to their family. Rosie goes to all of her doctors' appointments with her and is really supportive. She isn't pregnant yet but they hope as soon as possible she will be." The couple started dating last summer. Rosie already has four children with her ex, Kelli Carpenter.

KATE MIDDLETON IS 'HAT PERSON OF THE YEAR': Kate Middleton has been named "Hat Person of the Year." The Duchess of Cambridge dominated an online poll by The Headwear Association, racking up 91 percent of the total vote. Runner-up with just four percent was Rachel Zoe, followed by Ne-Yo, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Charlie Sheen. Previous "Hat Person of the Year" recipients include Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt.

JEN AND JUSTIN ATTEND DGA AWARDS: Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux turned the Directors Guild Awards into date night. Jen, who was nominated alongside Demi Moore, Penelope Spheeris, Alicia Keys and Patty Jenkins for co-directing Lifetime's Five, brought Justin to the ceremony on Saturday night, where Us Weekly reported, "They would turn to each other and talk, and they took turns putting their arms on the backs of each other's chairs." Although Aniston lost, the couple apparently had a good time and partied afterwards at a private members' club in West Hollywood.

NICK STAHL ARRESTED: Actor Nick Stahl was arrested on Friday night for allegedly refusing to pay a cab fare. TMZ.com reported that after arriving at his destination, Stahl refused to settle an $84 tab. The driver flagged down a police officer, who subsequently arrested Nick and kept him in jail overnight. Stahl went free on Saturday after ponying up $500 bail.

CONTROVERSIAL 'FEAR FACTOR' EPISODE MAY BE PULLED: Executives at NBC and Comcast are debating whether or not to pull an upcoming episode of Fear Factor in which contestants were challenged to drink donkey semen and urine. TMZ.com reported that the network brass has been meeting about the controversial episode, which is scheduled to air tonight. The website's sources claim that several contestants did in fact ingest the items.

IS STEVE JONES GETTING FIRED FROM 'X FACTOR'? It's looking like there might be some truth behind the rumors of Steve Jones being fired as the host of X Factor. Although both Steve's rep and a rep for the show said that there had been "absolutely no conversations" about him leaving, Simon Cowell indicated that it's a likely possibility. He recently said of Steve, "He got a lot of stick. I don't think he did a bad job but, like America's Got Talent, there is a Brit limit on the show."

SARAH JESSICA PARKER REPLACING DEMI MOORE IN 'LOVELACE': Sarah Jessica Parker has been tapped to replace Demi Moore in Lovelace. Although it was rumored that Mary Louise Parker would be taking over the role of Gloria Steinem, filmmakers Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Parker actually landed the part. She is due to begin filming today.

'THE ARTIST' DIRECTOR WINS TOP PRIZE AT DGAs: The Artist won top prize at the Directors Guild Awards over the weekend. Michel Hazanavicius said upon accepting the award, "Best director, I don't really know what that is. Every one of us is so different. So to try to say which one is the best is very difficult. But I really appreciate this and thank you very much." The DGA also named The Killing pilot as best drama series, and Curb Your Enthusiasm's "Palestinian Chicken" episode as best comedy series.

'AMERICAN IDOL' ALUM LANDS BROADWAY ROLE: American Idol alum Constantine Maroulis has landed the title role -- or roles -- in the Broadway revival of the musical Jekyll & Hyde. Nederlander Presentations announced the casting on Sunday, adding that the show will come to New York in spring 2013 after a 25-week national tour that starts this October in San Diego. Maroulis, who was a finalist on the fourth season of American Idol has had previous Broadway stints in Rock of Ages and Rent.

INDIA WON'T RELEASE 'GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO': India has cancelled the release of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. With full-frontal female nudity, a lesbian kiss, and a graphic rape and torture scene, the local censor board determined that the film was "unsuitable for public viewing." Sony confirmed the news, saying, "Sony Pictures will not be releasing The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in India. The Censor Board has adjudged the film unsuitable for public viewing in its unaltered form and, while we are committed to maintaining and protecting the vision of the director, we will, as always, respect the guidelines set by the Board."

LEONA LEWIS ALBUM DELAYED: Leona Lewis' album's release date has been delayed again. Originally, Glassheart was supposed to be released in early 2012 and according to Perez Hilton, the album has been pushed back again to November 2012. There has been no word on why the album has been delayed.

GWEN STEFANI BACK IN THE STUDIO: Gwen Stefani is back in the studio with No Doubt. The group wrote on their Twitter page, "Gwen back in the studio with us. Nothing like having the four of us in the same room making music. Let's do this! Sometimes making music is easy and fun and everything just works. Gotta celebrate the good days!"

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER HONORS AMY WINEHOUSE: Jean Paul Gaultier paid tribute to Amy Winehouse during Paris Fashion Week. His models walked down the runway in his Spring Summer 2012 collection wearing elaborate beehives, heavy eyeliner and painted on moles. Gaultier said, "Amy Winehouse was a true style icon. What she stands for above all, is uniqueness. Both in music and the way she dressed, she mixed a great many influences." 

ROBERT HEGYES DIES AT AGE 60: Robert Hegyes died on Thursday (January 26th) at the age of 60. The actor was best known for his role as Juan Epstein on Welcome Back, Kotter. The New Jersey Star-Ledger reported that Epstein suffered an apparent heart attack at his home. By the time he was transported to the hospital, he was in full cardiac arrest and died.

HEIDI KLUM STILL WEARING WEDDING RING: Heidi Klum is also wearing her wedding ring despite announcing that she and husband Seal have separated. Seal has been blabbing to the media about the importance of still wearing his ring -- and apparently Heidi feels the same way. She was spotted leaving the set of Germany's Top Model, which is shot in Los Angeles, with her ring on.

BROOKE MUELLER REPORTEDLY EXTENDS REHAB STAY: Brooke Mueller is reportedly extending her stay in rehab -- voluntarily. RadarOnline.com reported that Charlie Sheen's ex entered a 30-day treatment program after her recent arrest for cocaine possession, and has decided to stay longer because it is going so well. A source told the website, "This is a dramatic turn of events for Brooke as this is the first time she has ever voluntarily decided to stay in rehab. This program she is in is working, and Brooke is getting sober for herself, and that is the first time she has ever said that. In the past, family, friends have forced her into rehab, but not this time. Brooke is taking an active role in her sobriety."

LINDSAY LOHAN HIT WITH LAWSUIT: Lindsay Lohan is facing more legal trouble -- regarding an incident that happened nearly two years ago. EOnline.com reported that a woman filed a lawsuit earlier this week, claiming that Lindsay hit her while driving 17 months ago. Nubia Del Carmen Plaza is seeking unspecified damages to cover "serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish"; past and future medical expenses; and loss of wages and future earning potential due to her inability to perform her usual occupation.

KIM RICHARDS ADMITS SHE'S AN ALCOHOLIC: Kim Richards went to rehab last month because she's an alcoholic. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star came clean about her problems in a taped interview with Andy Cohen for the series reunion show. Although Kim didn't participate in the official reunion because she was in treatment, Bravo aired a clip of her post-rehab sit-down in which she tells Cohen, "I'm an alcoholic." Earlier this season, Kim blamed her erratic behavior on her prescription medicine.

RUSSELL CROWE PEEVED AT RYAN GOSLING OSCAR SNUB: Russell Crowe is apparently a big Ryan Gosling fan. After the Academy failed to reward Gosling with an Oscar nomination for his role in Drive, Crowe tweeted, "Ryan Gosling didn't get an Academy nomination? There's some bullsh-- right there."

'OFFICE' SPINOFF IN THE WORKS? NBC is reportedly developing a spinoff of The Office centered on Rainn Wilson's character Dwight Shrute. Deadline.com reported that the new series will be introduced during an episode later this season. If the show -- about Shrute and his family's bed & breakfast and beet farm -- is picked up, it will likely begin airing in early 2013.

KEIFER SUTHERLAND'S NEW SHOW DOES WELL: Keifer Sutherland might have another hit on his hands. The former 24 star's new Fox series Touch, scored 12 million viewers for its early preview. The series retained 61 percent of the audience from American Idol, which is an impressive feat.

BRAD AND GEORGE TO PRESENT AT SAG AWARDS: Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Kathy Bates will present awards at the upcoming Screen Actors Guild Awards. The three join previously-announced presenters including Owen Wilson, Melissa McCarthy, Zoe Saldana, Kristen Wiig and Sir Ben Kingsley. The 18th annual SAG awards will take place this Sunday (January 29th).

IS CHLOE SEVIGNY REPLACING DEMI MOORE? Chloe Sevigny has joined the cast of Lovelace. The casting announcement was made after Demi Moore dropped out of the film, in which she was to make a cameo as Gloria Steinem. Sevigny's role is described as "a feminist journalist assigned to write a story about Lovelace," although it's unclear if that character is in fact Steinem.

BRUNO MARS BREAKING MORE RECORDS: Bruno Mars has the number one and number two top selling singles with "Just the Way You Are" and "Grenade." "The Lazy Song" is number ten on the chart making him the first artist to have three tracks in the top ten digital sales in one year. Bruno is also celebrating his fourth number one on the Billboard CHR/Top 40 Chart with "It Will Rain," Mars has six Grammy nominations and will be performing at the show.

FAKE KE$HA MOVIE: Ke$ha took to her Twitter to warn fans that a new documentary about her life is not real. Kesha: Her Life, Her Story is being sold on Amazon.com. Ke$ha tweeted, "ANIMALS! don't waste your hard earned $$ on this. its NOT legit... I have something coming for you all that is legit and funny and weird and awesome about my crazy beautiful life."

DEMI LOVATO NOT IN REHAB: Rumors have surfaced that Demi Lovato was heading back to rehab however, according to Gossip Cop, the rumors are not true. Demi's reps said, "The story was fabricated. It is completely untrue."

NICK JONAS' VALENTINE'S DAY PLANS: Nick Jonas kicked off his first performance in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying on Tuesday (January 24), in New York City. All his brothers, including the youngest, Frankie, were in attendance for his debut. Nick told JustJared.com, that the show is exhausting but he will definitely make an exception on Valentine's day to take his girlfriend, Delta Goodrem out. He said, "I think on Valentine's Day I might make an exception and plan something. Stay up a little bit later than I usually would."

KYLIE MINOGUE MARKING HER 25th ANNIVERSARY: Kylie Minogue has been in the industry for 25 years and she wants a year long celebration with her fans. Kylie will start by releasing a specially recorded acoustic version of "Finer Feelings." More tracks will be made available periodically throughout the year. The songs Kylie has recorded are a surprise for her fans. Kylie is asking fans to tweet to unlock the video. After 25,000 fans tweet the hashtag the video will be released for everyone.

LEAH MESSER SUFFERS MISCARRIAGE: Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has suffered a miscarriage. It was recently announced that the 19-year-old mother of two was engaged and pregnant with her fiance Jeremy Calvert's baby. Unfortunately a source told OK! magazine, "She was having bad cramps for the past two weeks, and then she miscarried." Calvert said, "All I can do is support Leah and take things day by day. It's hard, but we will get through it."

ARRESTS MADE IN JOHN TRAVOLTA STOLEN CAR CASE: Two men have been arrested for allegedly stealing John Travolta's vintage Mercedes-Benz last year. TMZ.com reported that the vehicle has finally been recovered -- four months after it went missing -- and two men linked to a "sophisticated auto-theft ring" have been busted in connection with the case. In September, the car was stolen off a Los Angeles street while Travolta popped into a nearby dealership.

ARMIE HAMMER ARRESTED FOR POT: Armie Hammer -- best known for playing the Winklevoss twins in The Social Network -- was arrested last November for pot possession. TMZ.com reported that a drug-sniffing dog discovered 3 medicinal pot cookies and 1 brownie at a border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas. He spent one day in jail before paying $1,000 bond.

KATHY GRIFFIN TALKS YOUNGER BOYFRIEND: Kathy Griffin has a cub. The 51-year-old comedienne told Rosie O'Donnell that her new boyfriend is 18 years her junior. She revealed, "He's a really nice normal guy who doesn't care for the spotlight, and I like it that way. And he does too!" Kathy didn't give many other details about her man, except to point out that he's blond, and that they met at a food and wine festival.

JEN SCHEFFT IS PREGNANT: Former Bachelorette Jen Schefft is pregnant with her second child. The 35-year-old -- who was engaged to Bachelor Andrew Firestone before starring on the ABC spinoff -- already has a 14-month-old daughter with her husband Joe Waterman. She told Us Weekly, "I'm very excited. The kids will be about two years apart, which is a great age difference."

KIRSTEN DUNST SHOWS OFF NEW BEAU: Kirsten Dunst is dating actor Garrett Hedlund. The couple took their romance public at the Sundance Film Festival, where they were spotted kissing and hugging at a dinner for Dunst's new movie, The Bachelorette. A source told People magazine, "Kirsten and Garrett have been spending time together since the holidays. They were friends on the set of On the Road, and now they've grown closer. They spent Christmas together and he feels very strongly about her."

DREW BARRYMORE TALKS WEDDING PLANS: Drew Barrymore isn't rushing into wedding planning. When asked when she'll walk down the aisle with fiance Will Kopelman, Drew told GMA's Robin Roberts, "We're trying to figure it out, I think everyone expects you to kind of know right away what all the plans are. And I'm like, 'Oh goodness, this just happened a month ago, do I not have it together, or is it OK to keep daydreaming?'"

DANNY PUDI WELCOMES TWINS: Danny Pudi and his wife welcomed twins earlier this month. The Community actor announced that his son James Timothy and daughter Fiona Leigh were born on January 12th. He tweeted, "Daddyhood times 2! Thank you for all the well wishes. We couldn't be more excited. Here's to being pooped and peed on!"

NORAH JONES' NEW ALBUM: Norah Jones will be a releasing a new album this spring called, Little Broken Hearts. Little Broken Hearts is Jones' fifth studio album. It will feature original songs co-written by Jones and Danger Mouse. Jones plans to tour in 2012, in the US and abroad. She will return to the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on August 10. Many more dates will be announced in the coming months.

MICHELLE BRANCH HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HER LABEL: Michelle Branch has been bombarded on Twitter about her new album, West Coast Time. Unfortunately, the public has not heard much about it and Michelle seems fustrated as well. She tweeted, "Getting a lot of tweets asking for info on the new album West Coast Time. Unfortunately, I know about as much as you do. To be continued." No word on when her album is going to be released.

SINEAD O'CONNOR BLASTS THE MEDIA: Sinead O'Connor took to Twitter this week to yell at the media for attempting to destroy her estranged husband's career. In a series of tweets she said, "Regarding my sweet husband. Nothing I did... deserved him to be set upon by media trying to destroy his career. So it is evil to blame me as u do media people because I am open, u may be guilty of a thousand crimes and yes I am. BETHENNY FRANKEL TALK SHOW ON THE WAY: Contrary to rumors -- Bethenny Frankel is getting her own daytime TV show. Although it was previously reported that no one picked up the pilot, Bethenny announced on Tuesday that a six-week preview of the series will air in select Fox markets this summer. She blogged, "The queen of too much information is coming to DAYTIME! I am indeed getting my own L.A.-based talk show this summer on FOX and I am beyond excited! I am ready to start discussing the topics that are most important to my fans. It is going to be an exciting journey, with a lot of fun along the way and I can't wait for you to join me." Bethenny, a former Real Housewife of New York, now stars on her own Bravo spinoff, Bethenny Ever After.

JASON SEGEL NAMED HASTY PUDDING MAN OF THE YEAR: Jason Segel has been named the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year by Harvard University's Hasty Pudding Theatricals. The annual award comes with a parade and roast for the honoree -- which this year will take place on February 3rd. Claire Danes was named this year's Woman of the Year.

EMILY MAYNARD IS OFFICIALLY 'THE BACHELORETTE': ABC has confirmed what everyone already knew: Emily Maynard is the new Bachelorette. Brad Womack's ex-fiance will be looking for televised love again, only she'll be doing it on her turf -- Charlotte, NC -- instead of Los Angeles, where the show is generally filmed. The location switch up was reportedly one of Maynard's requirements because she's the single mother of a six-year-old daughter named Ricki.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN LANDS RADIO GIG: Khloe Kardashian has landed a real job: as a radio host! E! confirmed that the reality star will host a new radio show in Dallas, TX -- where her husband Lamar Odom plays for the Mavericks -- called "The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom." The show, which will air from 12 to 1 p.m. CST on Mix 102.9, debuts on January 30th. Khloe's new boss describes her as having "the perfect mix of personality and sincerity."

NEW REHAB SHOW FOR DR. DREW: Dr. Drew is coming out with a new rehab reality show -- but this time it doesn't involve celebrities. RadarOnline.com reported that the former Celebrity Rehab frontman is launching Rehab with Dr. Drew, which will feature "regular" addicts looking to overcome their demons. A casting alert explained, "Participants will be given a once in a lifetime opportunity to enroll in a no-cost, 30-day treatment program to begin the process of breaking free from the bonds of addiction and take their first steps down the road to recovery."

ANDY DICK SUED: Two men who claim that Andy Dick sexually assaulted them at a West Virginia nightclub two years ago have filed a lawsuit against the comedian. Criminal charges against Dick are already pending in relation to the incident, for which he's due to stand trial on May 1st. Last summer he pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse. He's accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch and kissing a patron. The lawsuit says that "the men were victims of 'battery and sexual abuse' and demands compensatory and punitive damages for emotional distress, outrageous conduct, assault and invasion of privacy."

JAY CUTLER SAYS HE NEVER DUMPED KRISTIN: Last summer it was widely reported that Jay Cutler dumped Kristin Cavallari and broke off their engagement -- but now that they're reengaged and pregnant -- he says it's not true. The NFL star responded to the well-wishes about Kristin's pregnancy on Twitter, writing, "Thanks for all the tweets. We couldn't be more excited. We don't usually comment on our relationship, but for the record I never broke up with Kristin. It's unfortunate some people are saying hurtful things during such a joyous moment in our life."

DICK TUFELD DIES AT 85: Dick Tufeld, the man who voiced the robot from Lost in Space, has died at the age of 85. His former Lost in Space costar Bill Mumy confirmed the sad news, saying that Tufeld -- who had battled cancer and Parkinson's disease -- died peacefully at an L.A. area hospital. Mumy told TMZ.com, "Everything just caught up to him. He lost his wife a few years ago and lost his pep after that."

DANIA RAMIREZ ENGAGED: Dania Ramirez is engaged. The actress, who starred in Heroes and X-Men: The Last Stand is set to marry her actor/director boyfriend Bev Land. She told Latina.com of her new fiance, "The love of my life found me! That's how he would say it anyway since he claims he was attracted to my energy before I even turned around."
