Kevin Smith is a Safety Risk in the Sky
Monday, 15 February 2010 17:37
Forget the underwear bomber. The friendly skies have a new danger -- Clerks director Kevin Smith.

"Silent Bob" was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight to Burbank, California Saturday after he was deemed a safety risk -- for being too fat. And Smith isn't taking the humiliating slight sitting down. He's been tweeting up a storm about the incident. "You [messed] with the wrong sedentary processed-foods eater!" he writes.

The trouble began when Smith -- who originally bought two tickets -- decided to board an earlier flight, which had only one seat left fly. He was seated, but later the pilots, according to the airline, "made the determination that Mr. Smith needed more than one seat to complete his flight." He was asked to leave and given a 100-dollar voucher for his inconvenience. He insists, "I broke no regulation, offered no 'safety risk' (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?)" After landing in Burbank, he wrote, "Don't worry: wall of the plane was opened and I was airlifted out while Richard Simmons supervised."

New Details on Alec Baldwin 911 Call
Monday, 15 February 2010 17:35
New details have emerged about what happened the morning Alec Baldwin was rushed to the hospital.

His 14-year-old daughter Ireland, who was in L-A, and Alec, who was in New York, had argued over the phone on Thursday. Her uncle Don "Skip" Basinger tells People, "Ireland was talking to her dad and they got into an argument. He got upset. She tried to call him back and she couldn't reach him, so she called 9-1-1."

Alec, who reportedly threatened to take pills, was taken to the hospital and was released just a few hours later. "It was a simple little thing, a misunderstanding," says Basinger, who adds that Baldwin and Ireland "talk all the time."

Tiger Woods Not Invited Out with Elin
Monday, 15 February 2010 17:34
Tiger Woods' wife Elin partied Saturday night -- and left the cheating golfer home alone with their two children.

A source tells Radar Online, "It wasn't a case of Tiger not wanting to go out -- it was Elin telling him he wasn't invited. She hasn't let him near her."

Tiger is back home in Orlando after a stint at a sex rehab clinic in Mississippi, but the two are reportedly living in separate houses. The source says, "The marriage is not good. She barely interacts with him."

Robert Pattinson: Vaginas, Nay. Dogs, YAY
Monday, 15 February 2010 17:33

Robert Pattinson must be taking interview lessons from John Mayer.

The Twilight star made his own racy comments about genitals in a new interview with Details magazine. The 23-year-old, who was photographed with a bevy of half-naked female models, says the shoot wasn't as much fun as you'd think. "I really hate vaginas. I'm allergic to vagina. But I can't say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot, so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours." Despite all the vaginas, he was happy that the shoot wasn't too raunchy, comparing it to porn back in the day. "If you look at porn in, like, the '80s, there was something kind of quaint about it, quite sweet -- like this little naked community." Vaginas might be out, but dogs are definitely in. Robert says, "The only emotional connection of relevance is with my dog. My relationship with my dog, it's ridiculous."
