JESSE JAMES' OTHER OTHER WOMAN

A second woman has come forward claiming she had an affair with Jesse James.

Melissa Smith, a 35-year-old heavily tattooed stripper -- sound familiar? -- tells Star magazine that she met Sandra Bullock's hubby via MySpace in 2006 and that their affair lasted several months. (James and Bullock were married in 2005.)

There are also reports that a few years back James paid a female executive at his West Coast Choppers 700-thousand dollars after she threatened to sue him for sexual harassment.

If James wants to recoup some of that cash, he just needs to drop his overalls for the camera. Playgirl is offering the motorcycle mogul 500-thousand dollars "to pose in a Coney Island freak show setting."

STAR OF I SPY & THE GREATEST AMERICAN HERO DIES

T-V actor Robert Culp, the star of I Spy and The Greatest American Hero, died yesterday after falling and hitting his head outside his Hollywood home. He was found by a jogger who called 9-1-1. A preliminary investigation has found that his death was an accident.

In recent years, Culp played Patricia Heaton's father on Everybody Loves Raymond. He was 79.

MICHAEL JACKSON DOC IN MORE TROUBLE

Michael Jackson's former doctor is in danger of losing his medical license.

The California attorney general filed a petition Tuesday to revoke Doctor ConradMurray's license. In the petition, Murray is accused of "poor professional judgment and placing the life of a patient in jeopardy."

Meanwhile, T-M-Z says Joe Jackson plans to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray. Jackson's lawyer, Brian Oxman, tells the gossip site that the suit will ask for punitive damages, economic support, loss of companionship and loss of consortium (deprivation of family relationship).

KATHERINE HEIGL DISCHARGED FROM GREY'S ANATOMY

Katherine Heigl has officially left Grey's Anatomy. She tells EntertainmentTonight, "I am done... It's sad but it's what I wanted." Heigl says she left the hit A-B-C show to spend more time with her family. Last September, she and her husband, Josh Kelley, adopted a baby from South Korea.

OCTOMOM DELAYS FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS

The Octo-Mom's foreclosure crisis has been averted -- for now.

Nadya Suleman's lawyer is working out a deal with the previous owner of the La Habra, California home, giving her and her dad more time to come up with that 450-thousand-dollar balloon payment.

PETA has stepped in to help, too. The animal-rights organization is giving Suleman five-thousand dollars to put a sign in her front yard proclaiming, "Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octo-Mom. Always Spay or Neuter." The mother of 14 will also get a month's supply of veggie burgers and hot dogs.

CELEB PIC OF THE DAY: LINDSAY LOHAN TAKES A TUMBLE

Looks like Lindsay Lohan stayed out a bit later than she should have the other night. After partying at a Hollywood hot spot, Linds headed to a friend's house, where she took a nasty fall. And the paps were there to catch it.

CELEB QUICKIES

  • Charlie Sheen's rehab has cost Two and a Half Men a couple of episodes. Producers of the sitcom have decided to cancel two of the last four shows of the season because of the star's time away. Charlie will not get paid a reported 825-thousand bucks per episode.
  • The mystery behind why Brad Pitt is growing that hideous beard has been solved. He tells Britain'sSun, "It's boredom. No other reason than that."
  • Here's a fun fact -- Tiger Woods allegedly dated LeAnn Rimes before they were both married. A source tells Us magazine that the relationship ended because LeAnn's father didn't approve of her dating an older man. Tiger is seven years older than LeAnn.
  • The Early Show's Erica Hill gave birth to an eight-pound, four-ounce baby boy, Sawyer Steven Yount, Tuesday. This is the second child for Hill and husband David Yount.
  • Remember Real World troublemaker Puck? The former reality star and his eight-year-old son were seriously injured in a car accident last week. Puck, whose real name is David Rainey, was arrested in the hospital for D-U-I and driving without a license.
  • Former Cy Young Award winner Dwight Gooden was busted Tuesday after he crashed his car while under the influence of drugs. Deadspin.com says there was a child in the car.
