CHARLIE SHEEN WILL SERVE JAIL TIME

Charlie Sheen is going to jail.

The Two and a Half Men star will reportedly plead no contest to misdemeanor assault in his domestic violence case Monday in Aspen and immediately begin serving 30 days behind bars. But that could be reduced to 17 days for good behavior.


JERSEY SHORE DRUG SCANDAL

Jersey Shore has been hit with a drug scandal.

Radar Online reports that an unidentified cast member has been using cocaine during the show's second season in Miami. The gossip site says it was an "open secret" that one of the house members was indulging, but no one ratted out the person.


THE SITUATION'S ABS CAUSE A COMMOTION

The Situation's chiseled abs caused a situation over the weekend.

Cops ordered the Jersey Shore star to put on a shirt after more than 3000 people gathered on the street to see him dance on a hotel balcony in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. Police say the crowd got violent after The Situation removed his shirt. He reportedly complied and covered up.


GARY COLEMAN FELL AFTER EXHAUSTING DIALYSIS SESSION

We have more details on what caused Gary Coleman's fatal fall.

A close friend tells Us Weekly that Gary fell after undergoing an intense four-hour dialysis session. The Diff'rent Strokes star, who had congenital kidney disease, received three dialysis treatments a week. After returning to his Santaquin, Utah home Wednesday, he fell and hit his head, causing an intra-cranial hemorrhage. Pal Jeremy Spence says, "Dialysis had taken a lot out of him that day. He just wanted to go home, but he was pretty weak. He had no strength at all." Gary died two days later.

His funeral will be held in Salt Lake City this weekend.


HEIDI MONTAG GETTING MUCH NEEDED ALONE TIME

Heidi Montag just wants some alone time.

The reality star tells People magazine that she split with hubby Spencer Pratt to "concentrate on myself." But she says Speidi isn't necessarily done. "I've always loved Spencer, but right now we're working on things."


KIRSTEN DUNST DIDN'T INHALE

Kirsten Dunst testified yesterday that she doesn't smoke pot.

The Spider-Man star was on the witness stand in the re-trial of a man accused of snatching her purse from a New York hotel room three years ago. The man claims he was at the hotel with a pal who was selling drugs to the actress.

  • Ted Koppel's 40-year-old son Andrew died yesterday after a daylong drinking binge in New York City. He was found unconscious and not breathing in the apartment of a man he had met earlier in a Hell's Kitchen bar.

  • Titanic director James Cameron took part in a brainstorming session with scientists, academics and Washington officials yesterday to find a way to contain the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Cameron had helped develop deep sea submersible equipment and other underwater ocean technology for the making of series of documentaries.
