1.  "Star Trek" legend LEONARD NIMOY passed away on Friday morning at 83.  He played Spock for nearly 50 years on TV, and in eight movies.  Nimoy was also a poet, a singer, and a serious photographer.  He's survived by his wife Susan, three kids, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

2.  The four surviving members of the original "Star Trek" crew paid tribute to LEONARD NIMOY, as did Zachary Quinto from the new movies, Patrick Stewart from "Star Trek:  The Next Generation", and Barack Obama.

3.  Even though WILLIAM SHATNER said he "loved" LEONARD NIMOY, he missed his funeral yesterday morning.  Some people criticized him for it, but Shatner said he honored a previous commitment to attend a charity event for the Red Cross in Florida, and wasn't able to make it back to L.A. in time.  He said his daughters went in his place.

4.  DAVE COULIER says that when he was single, he got a lot of action thanks to his "Full House" co-star JOHNS STAMOS . . . quote, "You'd ski in John Stamos' wake and supermodels were bouncing off of him.  It was pretty special."  He says John would actually call him and ask for help, because he had too many girls in his pool.

5.  TMZ posted a video of JON GOSSELIN DJ-ing at a New Jersey bowling alley, while ONE WOMAN danced.  And it's kind of funny.  Jon says he's been spinning since last October.
