BOX OFFICE REPORT The Expendables fended off a slew of new releases to remain the top movie at the weekend box office. Sylvester Stallone's all-star action flick earned $16.5 million, raising its total to $64.9 million.
True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer got married Saturday at sunset in Malibu. The bride wore a white halter-neck gown. Guests included their co-stars Ryan Kwanten and Sam Trammell as well as actor Elijah Wood.
Spencer Pratt is peddling a sex tape starring his soon-to-be ex-wife Heidi Montag. Saturday, he tweeted, "Promises you the Citizen Kane of sex tapes. Honestly, Orson Welles makes a guest appearance. Recommends you wait for the Special Edition Sex Tape. Blu-Ray, director's commentary, and bloopers!" Spencer reportedly wants $5 million for the footage. Heidi responded to the news by cursing out her ex via Twitter. The couple's divorce is expected to be finalized next Valentine's Day.
Move over, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga is the new queen of Twitter. Gaga is now the most followed person on the micro-blogging site with 5.7 million tweeps and counting. Last month, she became the first living person with more than 10 million fans on Facebook.
Betty White won an early Emmy Saturday for her guest-starring role on Saturday Night Live. Neil Patrick Harris was also lauded at the Creative Arts Emmys. He won for hosting the 63rd annual Tony Awards and for his appearance on Glee. The Primetime Emmy Awards will air live on NBC August 29th.
