KIM KARDASHIAN TAKES A STAND AGAINST BULLIES: Kim Kardashian is trying to ban the haters from her blog. On Monday night, she declared that bullies are banned from her online outlet. She wrote, "I've said it before, and I'll say it again . . . I will not allow bullying on my blog. You can say what you like about me, but when you come on here and harass and bully other fans, you WILL be banned from leaving comments. This is not a place to take out your frustrations with your own life on other people. I was honestly shocked today reading some of the comments . . . from people who are old enough to know better."

LEAH MESSER ALLEGEDLY ATTACKED: Leah Messer reportedly plans to file a police report after she was allegedly attacked by three women outside a movie theater over the weekend. TMZ.com reported that when the Teen Mom 2 star left the theater with her fiance, an older woman began following and heckling her -- and was soon joined by other others who allegedly began hitting her. Sources say that Leah did not recognize the alleged assailants.

JENNIFER ANISTON THOUGHT JUSTIN THEROUX LOOKED LIKE A SERIAL KILLER: Jennifer Aniston thought that her boyfriend Justin Theroux looked like a serial killed when they first met. She recalled to Pop Sugar, "I met Justin about five years ago and I thought he was very sweet and he was always very nice. But I remember thinking he was very dark. At first you think he could be like a serial killer, but he is actually the nicest person in the world." The couple reconnected on the set of Wanderlust, and claim to have only started dating after production wrapped.

THE ROYAL PUPPY NAME REVEALED: The royal puppy finally has a name. Will and Kate's black cocker spaniel is called Lupo. The palace confirmed the name, which is derived from the Latin word for wolf. The couple adopted Lupo several months ago, but initially kept his name on the down low for "privacy reasons." The top-secret information leaked on Tuesday as Kate visited schools in Oxford that use art therapy to help children with behavioral problems.

ANTONIO BANDERAS PLAYING PICASSO: Antonio Banderas will reportedly play Pablo Picasso in the upcoming docudrama, 33 Dias. The film follows the artist during the 33 days that it took him to paint the masterpiece "Guernica." Banderas said, "[Picasso] is a character that has pursued me for a long time and I always rejected. He deserves a lot of respect because I am from Malaga, and I was born four blocks from where he was born."

LINDSAY LOHAN LANDS ELIZABETH TAYLOR ROLE: Lindsay Lohan has reportedly landed the coveted role of Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime movie, Liz and Dick. Access Hollywood reported that Lohan won the role over other actresses including Megan Fox, who was also up for the part. However, sources say that in order to keep the part, she must stay on the right side of the law and follow the rules of her probation. The film will focus on Elizabeth's love affair with Richard Burton.

MATTHEW PERRY JOINS 'THE GOOD WIFE': Matthew Perry is joining The Good Wife. Entertainment Weekly confirmed that the former Friends star will play an "ultra-charming" Chicago attorney who's "heading up a blue-ribbon panel in charge of investigating a police shooting." He signed on for a recurring role, but it's unclear how many episodes he'll appear in. Perry will make his debut on March 25th.

'COMMUNITY' RETURNING TO NBC: Community is returning to NBC. After a hiatus, the comedy will return on March 15th, when it will begin airing at 8 pm. 30 Rock will shift to 8:30, followed by The Office and Up All Night. Parks & Recreation will come back on April 19th after Up All Night finishes airing its episodes.

BRITNEY ENDS PERFUME SUIT: Britney Spears has paid Brand Sense commissions for a period of years, in addition to a lump sum after the company hooked her up with Elizabeth Arden to front her Radiance perfume. Under the deal, Brand Sense was supposed to get 35% of Britney's profits but reportedly Britney and her father, Jamie, entered into a secret deal to cut out Brand Sense.

J LO'S KIDS' NICKNAMES: Jennifer Lopez calls her twins, Max and Emme, "coconuts." She told Jay Leno that she has been calling them that since they were born. She said, "They're my coconuts. That comes from when they were little and in their cribs and started growing hair. It looked just like a coconut to me. They both look like coconuts! I have this beautiful necklace which was given to me at Christmas. There are two coconuts and their initials on it."

DEBBIE GIBSON IS BACK: Debbie Gibson is starting her stint on Celebrity Apprentice and admitted to the Huffington Post that she's actually writing some music. Debbie said, "I've been doing a ton of writing. It reminds me of when I first started writing at 12 years old and writing the Out of the Blue album. Jessica said, "I was so happy when I was asked to help style two contestants from The Biggest Loser. I am truly inspired by how hard these contestants worked to accomplish their goals for a healthy lifestyle. It was so much fun seeing the contestants try on clothes they would have never fit into before and feeling sexy. We had an amazing day together!" The Biggest Loser episode with Jessica will air on March 13.

KEVIN COSTNER JOINS LINSANITY: Kevin Costner made the most of his time in the New York area, where he flew to speak at Whitney Houston's funeral. A day after the somber event, the actor was spotted at Madison Square Garden, watching the Knicks and Jeremy Lin defeat the Dallas Mavericks.

ELISABETTA TAKES STEVE-O TO ITALY: Elisabetta Canalis and Steve-O are apparently getting serious. The new couple were photographed strolling hand-in-hand in Elisabetta's home country, Italy. MINNIE DRIVER FINALLY TALKS ABOUT HER BABY DADDY: Minnie Driver is finally talking about her baby daddy's identity. Although she didn't give his name, Driver admitted that he was a writer on her former TV show, The Riches. She told The Observer, "I don't need to protect him anymore. He can fend for himself. SCOTT PORTER ENGAGED: Hart of Dixie's Scott Porter is engaged to his longtime girlfriend Kelsey Mayfield. A source told Us Weekly, "It happened late January. It was during a trip to NYC. They're living together in Los Angeles." Porter met Mayfield, a casting director, on the set of Friday Night Lights four years ago.

 STEPHEN COLBERT IS BACK: Stephen Colbert is back on the air. The Comedy Central host resumed taping The Colbert Report on Monday after a sudden hiatus last week "due to unforeseen circumstances." While there was no official comment on the cause, it was widely reported that Colbert's 91-year-old mother was seriously ill. He tweeted on Friday, "My family and I would like to thank everyone who has offered their thoughts and prayers. We are grateful and touched by your concern."

NO SUMMER TOUR FOR 'GLEE': The Glee case won't be going on tour this coming summer as they have during their past two hiatuses. A Fox spokesperson confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter, "We currently have no plans of touring the cast this summer." The past two tours have benefited the arts education charity, Glee Give a Note. In 2011 alone, the 40-date tour raked in more than $40 million.

MAYA RUDOLPH BRINGS BIG RATINGS TO SNL: Saturday night's SNL scored a big 4.9 rating among households and won the night according to PerezHilton.com. Maya Rudolph was hosting, but Justin Timberlake also made an appearance.

WILL FERRELL JOINS MARDI GRAS: Will Ferrell is among the revelers at Mardi Gras. Jezebel.com reported that the comedian, who has been shooting a movie in New Orleans, joined the masses as King Bacchus in the annual Mardi Gras parade.

CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S HOME STILL FOR SALE: Christina Aguilera's Beverly Hills mansion has been on the market for about a year now. HUGH HEFNER IS DISAPPOINTED IN SON: Hugh Hefner has finally expressed remorse about his son's arrest last weekend. Hef was slammed on the blogosphere after responding to Marston's battery arrest by saying that he hoped his son and his girlfriend/alleged victim would "patch it up" if "they care about each other." Later in the week he tweeted, "I'm really disappointed in my son Marston's behavior & have expressed my support to Claire" -- but eventually deleted the message.

SEAL TAKES OFF WEDDING RING: Heidi Klum is still wearing her wedding ring -- but Seal has finally taken his off. The couple announced their separation last month, but Seal announced that he was continuing to wear his ring as a symbol of his love for Heidi. However, his bare hand was snapped in Australia on Thursday, while Heidi was still sporting her bling as recently as Tuesday.

RUMER WILLIS AND MARK SALLING? Rumer Willis reportedly hung out with Glee star Mark Salling at a recent Hollywood party. People magazine reported that Demi's daughter arrived with two friends, but spent most of the night with Salling. Although sources say they didn't seem romantic, the pair did leave together.

SOPHIA BUSH IS REPORTEDLY SINGLE: Sophia Bush has reportedly split from her boyfriend/One Tree Hill costar Austin Nichols. Us Weekly reported that Bush broke things off "because she didn't think he was the one." The couple dated on and off for six years. She was previously married another costar from the show, Chad Michael Murray.

JENNY MCCARTHY GETS ANOTHER JOB: Jenny McCarthy has scored another new job. 24 hours after her VH1 talk show was announced, NBC revealed that McCarthy will also host their reality series, Love in the Wild. The dating show, filmed in the Dominican Republic, puts contestants "through rigorous tasks and challenges while trying to find love."

CHARLIE SHEEN RESPONDS TO WARNER BROS.: Charlie Sheen has responded to Warner Bros. cease and desist letter that warned him to stop using publicity photos from Two and a Half Men to promote his new show. He told TMZ.com, "I'm thrilled. It insulates me from having to redundantly see myself in the idiotic bowling shirt. Perhaps if Warner Bros. spent as much time and energy focusing on THEIR show, it wouldn't be such a steaming pile of ass."

EMMY ROSSUM WAS UP AGAINST LINDSAY FOR 'PARENT TRAP': Emmy Rossum revealed that she battled Lindsay Lohan for the lead role(s) in The Parent Trap -- and lost. The actress told Celebuzz, "I was 12, but I really wanted the role." However, she noted, there are no hard feelings towards her former rival. She said, "Not at all. Lindsay beat me out of the role. I'm having the time of my life and currently working on Shameless."

KIDS CHOICE AWARD NOMINEES REVEALED: Nominations for the Kids Choice Awards have been announced! Will Smith is set to host the show, which will air live on Nickelodeon March 31.

MADONNA HAD FULL CONTROL OVER NICKI MINAJ: Nicki Minaj admitted to a local radio host that Madonna had full control over her entire wardrobe when she took the stage with the legend for Super Bowl. Nicki said, "Madonna was the first person in history who was able to make me change my wig. I had some choices in terms of color, but. . . she has a way with words. She knows how to word things so that you don't feel uncomfortable. I went through four color changes on my wig for the Super Bowl. We got the platinum blonde and she smiled. ASHLEE SIMPSON AND VINCENT PIAZZA'S VALENTINE'S DAY: Ashlee Simpson and Vincent Piazza reportedly spent Valentine's Day expressing their love through PDA. 'CHARLIE' GRANDFATHER DIES AT 82: David Kelly, the actor best known for playing Grandpa Joe in Tim Burton's 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has died at the age of 82. RTE confirmed that the Irish actor passed away in Dublin after a short illness. His other memorable roles include the 1998 comedy Waking Ned Devine in which he played Michael O'Sullivan.

TESS TAYLOR ENTERS REHAB: Tess Taylor, who starred on E!'s short-lived reality show Pretty Wild, has entered rehab for heroin addiction. TMZ reported that Taylor's arrest for felony drug possession arrest last month prompted her to seek treatment. Taylor entered rehab last year, but left after just 30 days.

BLAKE LIVELY OBTAINS RESTRAINING ORDER: Blake Lively obtained a restraining order earlier this week against a fan she claims was "lurking" around the set of Gossip Girl. The man reportedly contacted the actress's mother, telling her that he was "deeply concerned" about Blake and needed to help her "heal" because she is troubled.

RUMER WILLIS REPORTEDLY TALKS ABOUT DEMI: Rumer Willis has reportedly opened up about her mother Demi Moore's condition. The German news outlet tz-online.com quoted her as having said, "My mother is on the road to recovery." Rumer was in Munich last weekend for a Thomas Sabo jewelry event. According to the site, the 23-year-old added, "Of course the situation weighs heavily on me. It's slow going but we believe in her."

George Clooney is opening up about his relationship -- with Brad Pitt. The actor told The Hollywood Reporter that their BFF status isn't quite how the media makes it out to be.

He explained, "We're good friends, but it's different from what people think, meaning we don't spend a lot of time together. He has been to my home in Como; we motorcycle together. But until recently, I hadn't seen Brad in a year."

Clooney also dished on some other aspects of his personal life:

• On whether he'll marry again: "I don't even think about it, really."
• On drinking: "I drink at times too much. I do enjoy drinking, and there have been times in my life when it's crossed the line from being fun to having to drink late at night for absolutely no reason. So what I do is, I stop."

Industry sources also revealed that George is very modest when it comes to money, explaining that on "ER," he refused a $1 million bonus because he knew he would eventually leave the show, and only pocketed $300,000 for The Descendants and $120,000 for Good Night, and Good Luck.

Charlie Sheen is still sparring with Warner Bros. The studio issued Sheen a cease and desist letter demanding he stop using photos from his days of Two and a Half Men to promote his upcoming FX sitcom, Anger Management.

The Hollywood Reporter said that at least two snaps of the actor from the Men set were included in a promotional publication that Sheen and his partners used to pitch their show at the NATPE conference in Miami last month.

A lawyer for Warner Bros. wrote in the letter, "That you are using Warner's intellectual property for a commercial purpose -- namely, to sell another show -- is especially egregious. Please immediately cease and desist from using these photographs or any other intellectual property belonging to Warner."

• Sources close to Sheen told THR that the images were merely used because Sheen hadn't taken new publicity photos recently and said "it won't happen again."

The mayor of Hoboken, New Jersey received an award for rejecting Snooki and JWoww's Jersey Shore spin-off. The Italian American One Voice Coalition presented Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer with its "Una Voce" award because she denied the show a permit to film in the city.

Zimmer said she refused to allow production because of safety and quality-of-life concerns, however the group is just happy she took a stand against a show that they feel promotes negative stereotypes of Italian Americans.

• Snooki and JWoww will instead be filming in nearby Jersey City, which the mayor, Jerramiah Healy, hopes will benefit from MTV's promotion.

In her final days, Whitney Houston reportedly told her friends that she "really wanted to see Jesus" and felt that she would die soon. According to TMZ.com, in the pop icon's final days, she was singing hymns and engaging in intense conversations about Jesus and the afterlife with close friends and family.

On Friday (February 10th) -- just one day after she performed "Jesus Loves Me" at Tru Nightclub in Hollywood, Whitney told one of her friends, "I'm gonna go see Jesus ... I want to see Jesus."

On Saturday (February 11th), just hours before her death, Whitney was reportedly quoting Matthew 3:13-17 -- when she flashed a big smile and said, "You know, he's so cool ... I really want to see that Jesus."

Another source said that Whitney had been telling friends she "felt like her time was coming" ... and wanted to make sure she spent her time praising her Lord and savior whenever she could.

• The scripture that she was reportedly quoting was, "Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. But John tried to deter him, saying, 'I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?' Jesus replied, 'Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.' Then John consented.
• As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, 'This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.'

WHITNEY'S FUNERAL TO STREAM ONLINE

According to The AP, Whitney's private funeral will be streamed online. The pop icon's publicist Kristen Foster announced that the Associated Press will be allowed a camera at the ceremony -- which will take place at The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ. The event will also be available to broadcasters via satellite.

According to TMZ.com, family sources Whitney will be buried right next to her father's grave at the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey. Sources say that Whitney wanted to be buried next to her dad John Russell Houston, who died in 2003.

• Whitney Houston was found dead in Beverly Hills on Saturday (February 11th). She was 48.

Bobby Brown's rep has denied reports that Whitney Houston's family has been keeping him away from his daughter Bobbi Kristina and trying to keep him from coming to the pop icon's funeral. According to ABC News, a source said that Bobby has been contacted about going to the service.

Brown's rep said in a statement, "Any report or statement that does not originate from my office about Bobby Brown or his representatives, is not authorized by Bobby Brown. We are not focused on reports, stories or false reports for that matter."

• One of Whitney's family members said that while many people don't want Bobby to attend the funeral, but they can't stop him because of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

BOBBY RELEASES STATEMENT ON BOBBI KRISTINA

In related news, Bobby Brown has released a statement on Bobbi Kristina -- who was hospitalized twice for anxiety after hearing about her mom's death. Brown said in a statement, "My daughter Bobbi Kristina is doing much better. We continue to provide love and support to Bobbi Kristina. She is dealing with the tragedy of her mother's death and would prefer to do it outside of the public eye. I ask again that our privacy be respected."

JASON MRAZ ALBUM RELEASE DATE: Jason Mraz has announced that Love Is A Four Letter Word, will be released on April 17. Mraz said, "It's personal. It's melodic. And it's mellow. There's a couple of up-tempo tunes, but mostly the rhythm-of-the-heartbeat kind of takes precedence on this record. It feels more like the pace of life. At least, based on my life and what I've been doing."

JENNIFER LOPEZ TALKS ABOUT WHITNEY HOUSTON: Jennifer Lopez told Jay Leno that she is devastated about Whitney Houston's untimely death. She said, "I met her a couple of times and obviously when I heard the news I was as shocked and devastated as everybody else. She was such a big part of me growing up and musically everything I knew. She was kind of the pinnacle of a voice of our time and our generation. It's just so sad. I couldn't believe it. I was in my living room and was on the phone with my manager. We'd just hung up and he called back one second later... I hate talking about it, it's sad."

LOURDES AND KELLY OSBOURNE ANNOUNCE NEW MATERIAL GIRL: Kelly Osbourne joined Lourdes to reveal the Material Girl's new spokesmodels. All three girls are not famous. According to X17Online.com, Samantha Titus, Katrina Arandjelovic, and Kimberly Perry are the new "Lucky Stars."

RUMER WILLIS' HOUSE REPORTEDLY BURGLARIZED: Rumer Willis's Hollywood Hills home was reportedly burglarized earlier this week. TMZ.com reported that someone sliced through a lock with a "blow torch type device" and entered the residence, which is currently under construction and unoccupied. Law enforcement sources said that the thieves stole $10,000 of the contractor's tools. No arrests have been made yet.

LINDSAY LOHAN OWES THE TAX MAN: Lindsay Lohan has more tax trouble. TMZ.com reported that Lohan never paid federal income taxes for 2010 -- evident by documents from the L.A. County Recorder's Office claiming she owes $140,203.30. This isn't Lindsay's first run-in with the tax man. It was previously reported that she never paid the $93,701.57 she owed in 2009 either.

HUGH HEFNER DISHES ON VALENTINE'S DAY: Hugh Hefner gives pretty stereotypical gifts to the ladies in his life on Valentine's Day. The 85-year-old told People magazine that he sticks to tradition on the lovers' holiday, which he'll be celebrating this year with girlfriends Shera Berchard and Anna Berglund. He told People magazine, "I have some very nice little heart-shaped packages with some lingerie and candy and stuff like that. It's not like Christmas. It's not extremely expensive, but they're sentimental gifts. My favorite thing -- and the most natural thing -- to give on Valentine's Day is lingerie. [I like] just any lingerie that makes a woman look beautiful and doesn't get in the way."

EMMA WATSON AS BELLE? Emma Watson is reportedly in talks to star in Guillermo del Toro's adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. GossipCop.com reported that the discussions are down to "final negotiations" for Watson to take on the role of Belle.

'TRANSFORMERS 4' IN THE WORKS: Transformers 4 is in the works. Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura confirmed that another installment on the franchise will hit theaters in 2014 -- and be directed by Michael Bay. Lorenzo told MTV, "Michael's gonna direct it, and it will be in the summer of 2014," offering that the plot will be a "reboot."

REGIS PHILBIN TO GUEST STAR ON 'HOT IN CLEVELAND': Regis Philbin is headed to TV Land. The former daytime staple will be making a guest appearance on Betty White's comedy, Hot in Cleveland. Other upcoming guest stars include Joan Rivers, Rhea Perlman, Andy Richter and Kevin Nealon. The show also stars Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick.

'HOUSE' ANNOUNCES SERIES FINALE DATE: House will conclude its eight-season run on May 21st. A rep confirmed that the series finale will take place that Monday night with a regular hour-long episode. The network announced last week that the series would end after the current season. Olivia Wilde will reportedly return for the finale, but there's no word on whether or not Lisa Edelstein will make an appearance.

Billy Bob Thorton's latest project, which he wrote and directed, is reportedly based on his relationship with Angelina Jolie. Jayne Mansfield's Car is an "ethereal" story about a man on a road trip who picks up a wild woman, which one of the film's producers told Variety is inspired by Jolie.

Thorton and Jolie are both at the Berlin Film Festival this week in support of their directorial projects. When asked whether or not he'd see his ex, Billy Bob painted a picture of their current relationship to reporters.

He said, "Here's the fact of the matter: any time you're in a high-profile relationship, you know that that question is going to come up forever, and so if you want the honest-to-God truth, here's the truth: Angelina's a wonderful woman and one of my best friends in the world. When people split up, people like to make up stories about how they are against each other. GossipCop.com obtained a copy of the legal documents, in which SDB says that Chris hasn't paid them the agreed-upon 10 percent commission for Star Trek and more than two dozen other projects.

The suit reads, "Through this lawsuit, SDB seeks to not only recover its commissions on millions of dollars that Pine has already earned, but also the millions of dollars that Pine will continue to earn as a result of SDB's prior hard work and dedication to Pine's career."

According to MTV News, a Houston family rep confirmed that the funeral will take place at noon on Saturday (February 18th) and will be very intimate, by invitation only. There is no planned wake. New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has ordered that the state flag by lowered to half-staff on the day of Houston's funeral. He said in a press conference yesterday,
"Obviously, Whitney Houston was an important part of the fabric, the cultural fabric of this state. Her accomplishments in her life were a source of great pride."

Reports say that Bobby Brown still has not seen his daughter -- three days after his ex wife's Whitney Houston's death. According to TMZ.com, Bobby allegedly thinks that Whitney's family, specifically her mom, Cissy Houston, is trying to keep him away. Sources close to Bobby said that he has been called the family and attempted to physically see her but has been constantly turned away.

Bobby is reportedly "angry and frustrated" and thinks he is being turned away because he "thinks Whitney's mom has hated him for years". Sources also say that Bobby is "extremely disappointed" because some of Whitney's family members do not even want him to attend the funeral.

According to TMZ, the autopsy found that Houston had water in her lungs when she died, but the medical examiner still needs to determine exactly how much before ruling on whether or not she died as a result of drowning. Houston had a well-documented history of drug abuse, but no illegal drugs were found in her room. The prescription drug Xanax, which is used to treat anxiety and depression, was found, but family members said Houston had a prescription for it.

RAY ROMANO REVEALS WIFE'S CANCER BATTLE: Ray Romano has revealed that his wife Anna was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer in 2010. Ray told People magazine, "The reason we're going public is to share our experience, yeah, but to have an effect. Our goal is to help people." After undergoing four rounds of chemotherapy, Anna, 48, is now in recovery. He told the magazine, "We dodged a bullet. Now we want to give back."

'FRIENDS' REUNITING ON 'WEB THERAPY': David Schwimmer is reuniting with his former Friends costar Lisa Kudrow on her show Web Therapy. PerezHilton.com reported that Schwimmer will play a man traumatized by his father having sex with Kudrow's character Fiona -- and now can only date women who look like Fiona. The second season of Web Therapy premieres this summer.

JAKE PAVELKA LANDS CHIPPENDALES GIG: Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka has landed a new job . . . at Chippendales. The reality star will serve as a celebrity MC at the Las Vegas show beginning on February 23rd. It's unclear exactly how much skin he'll show, but TMZ reported that he isn't required to wear the signature Chippendales cuff and collar.

ANGELINA JOLIE WILL PRESENT AT OSCARS: Angelina Jolie will be a presenter at the Academy Awards on February 25th. Other Oscar presenters previously announced include Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks, Jennifer Lopez and the cast of Bridesmaids. Jolie won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in the 1999 drama Girl, Interrupted, and was nominated in 2008 for her lead performance in Changeling.

JOSEPH GORDON LEVITT DIRECTING SCARLETT JOHANSSON: Joseph Gordon-Levitt is going to direct and star in a feature film that he wrote -- and he's landed Scarlett Johansson as his leading lady. He announced on Tuesday, "I'm gonna direct a movie I wrote! It may be the biggest announcement of my life and I'm super excited about it. :oD" He told Deadline.com, "This is the first time I finished a feature film I thought was good enough to make into a movie. I've written others, including one mammothy huge sprawling thing that encompasses my entire point of view of everything since I was 20 years old. I spent a year working with Chris Nolan, Rian Johnson, Steven Spielberg, and I did my best to pay attention. I've also been making short films for a long time now, I've directed a ton of them, and that is a huge part of why I feel comfortable and confident in this."

'BOARDWALK EMPIRE' DROPS PAZ DE LA HUERTA: Paz de la Huerta reportedly has been dropped from Boardwalk Empire. The New York Post reported that HBO chose not to pick up Paz's contract and her character Lucy Danziger is being written out of the show. Paz made more headlines for her off screen antics than her performance: last year she pleaded guilty to punching reality star Samantha Swetra during a Manhattan bar brawl.

PAULY D GETS A PREMIERE DATE: Snooki and JWoww's new reality show is still looking for a home -- but Pauly D's spinoff is all set to go. PerezHilton.com reported that his new series, The Pauly D Project, will premiere on March 29th on MTV, right after Punk'd returns.

JENNIFER LOPEZ STILL NOT AFRAID TO BARE IT ALL: Jennifer Lopez loved her revealing Versace dress that she wore to the Grammys in 2000 so much -- she'd wear it again! Jennifer told, Access Hollywood, that even at 42, her style has not changed. She said, "I would wear something like that now. I wouldn't have a problem with it."

BEN HARPER AND LAURA DERN BACK TOGETHER: Ben Harper and Laura Dern were spotted getting coupley over the past month and now it is confirmed that they are officially back together. According to TMZ, the couple was spotted arm-in-arm at a Golden Globes after party and were most recently spotted strolling around Beverly Hills. Reportedly, Dern was blindsided when Harper presented her with divorce papers in 2010. The couple was married for 5 years and have two kids.

KYLIE REPORTS TWEETER: Kylie Minogue reportedly had to report a stalker that was issuing threats over Twitter. According to Kylie's Twitter, she took to her site to alert all her fans about the incident. RUSSELL AND ZOOEY NOT DATING: Zooey Deschanel, aka Katy Perry's twin, put an end to the rumors that she and Katy's ex, Russell Brand are dating. Zooey told the women of The View, that she has not been getting flirty texts from the British funnyman. Zooey said, "I don't even know him by the way. On the scale of truth and completely preposterous - it's completely preposterous."

LANA DEL RAY POSTPONES TOUR: After a reportedly, underwhelming performance on Saturday Night Live this past weekend, Lana Del Ray has decided to cancel her tour. According to Perez Hilton, her record label had nothing to do with booking or postponing the tour. A source said, "She was very upset. They figure it allows time for her to clear her head, then go back to selling tickets. More importantly, they figure, the extra time gives them more distance from SNL."

ROBERT DOWNEY JR.'S WIFE GIVES BIRTH: Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan are the brand new parents of a baby boy. People magazine confirmed that Susan gave birth to their son Exton Elias Downey on Tuesday (February 7th) in Los Angeles. A friend of the couple told People, "Everyone is healthy and they couldn't be happier." Downey also has an 18-year-old son Indio from his previous marriage.

JENNIFER AND JAMIE BACK ON?? Jennifer Love Hewitt has reportedly rekindled her relationship with Jamie Kennedy. EOnline.com reported that the two -- who split in early 2010 -- recently started dating again. Sources say that the pair has been "enjoying sleepovers" at Kennedy's condo in Los Angeles. Last year Hewitt split from actor Jarod Einsohn.

PIPPA MIDDLETON DENIES ROMANCE RUMORS: Contrary to rumors, Pippa Middleton is not dating her good friend George Percy. Although the British tabloids said the two had elevated their relationship, a source close to Kate Middleton's sister told Us Weekly, "They have always just been friends. THE AXE FALLS AT ROSIE'S SHOW: 30 employees were reportedly fired from Rosie O'Donnell's talk show on the OWN network. In the wake of disappointing ratings -- the show averages just 200,000 viewers -- the Hollywood Reporter revealed that dozens of staff and contract workers have been let go. The show has also been moved to a smaller studio and pricey pieces of the program, like a house band and a game show sequence, have been erased.

SHARON STONE GETS AARP LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: Sharon Stone got emotional on Monday as she accepted the AARP Lifetime Achievement Award from Martin Scorsese. The teary 53-year-old told reporters, "I must've died and gone to heaven. I've gotten a lifetime achievement award from Martin Scorsese! I am so grateful for this day. The former star of The Hills and The City has been named a judge on Top Model for the UK, where she'll on a panel alongside Elle Macpherson, Julien Macdonald and Tyson Beckford. DANIEL RADCLIFFE THINKS OSCARS SNUBBED 'HARRY POTTER': Daniel Radcliffe was hoping that the final Harry Potter installment would get more Oscar love than the three technical nominations it received this year. He told Radio Times, "I don't think the Oscars like commercial films, or kids' films, unless they're directed by Martin Scorsese. I was watching Hugo the other day and going, 'Why is this nominated and we're not?' I was slightly miffed." He added, "There's a certain amount of snobbery. It's kind of disheartening. I never thought I'd care. But it would've been nice to have some recognition, just for the hours put in."
